Am i better to book my holiday now or wait for possible last minute deals?

I am going to Malia, Crete, Greece from August 9th - 16th. As of now, the prices are rising ever so slightly per day, so if i was to book now i could save some money. However, if i book now and then there is a last minute deal i will be livid! What do you think i should do? Should i wait? What are the chances that a deal will come up? So confused. Theres three of us btw
