Best Party Spot in Europe?

Hi, a couple of friends and I (all in early 20's) are planning a trip to Europe and just want as much advice as possible on where to go. We want to have nonstop fun and just go absolutely crazy!! There should also be nice beaches so we can relax in the afternoons. We do have some places in mind like Ibiza, Malia, Barcelona, Mykonos....etc. And the place having beautiful women wouldn't hurt either. Please try to mention places you have actually been to.
