I need a VERY mean prank to use for a story and i cant think of anything.... someone know any?

Watch some of the Japanese prank programmes (they exist also on YouTube); some of the pranks are VERY evil in a good way... Ones that come form my mind, though... how about pretending to have a catastrophic eye injury or putting super glue on a toilet seat?
