My crush only calls when I'm gone! Help?

I'm going 2 camp and my crush rarely calls. He calls when I'm @ camp and I call him right back but then he never answers. I'm 11 btw. I'm sure he's not prank calling cause he signed my yearbook with a heart and none of his other crushes got a heart but me:) so what should I do?
